In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing software application support to external clients
Troubleshooting over the phone, testing
Escalating issues regarding application system
Coaching and mentoring
Interacting with clients on site
Prepare and delivery internal and external training
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication both in English and French
7 to 10 years of software support experience
Experience dealing with clients, on the phone and face to face
Experience with PC based technologies
Superior time-management/multitasking skills and attention to detail
Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
