||Our client located in Richmond Hill is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to add to their team.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support
- Coordinating and reserving location for various events
- Managing mailing lists and invitations
- Provide onsite support at various events
- Ongoing communication with vendors and customers regarding confirmations/ changes and cancellations
- Recording minutes during client meetings
- Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Extensive experience in an administrative role (5+ years)
- Superior working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to travel when required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Post secondary education in a related field
- Bilingualism an asset
