In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customers' inquiries
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Take orders and resolve any delivery issues
- Resolve and credit/debit transaction discrepancies
- Track shipments and follow up with distributions
- Process claims and back orders
- Any other duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluently bilingual in both French and English
- Strong computer skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service / order desk necessary
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and good phone manner
